COVID-19 DELAYS:

Due to the constraints of the COVID 19 pandemic, many of our products may be delayed up to 2-3 weeks. Because of government issued mandates we are currently unable to be fully staffed at our factory/warehouses. Returns Policy:

If you would like to return an item you must first contact the returns department at returns@skapelife.com or customerservice@skapelife.com . Please do NOT attempt to send any products back with out first contacting returns and receiving specific instructions. Products can be returned with in 10 days of the shipment arrival. Depending on the specific product and your location, your refund will most likely not include the shipping fee, but rather just the money spent on the products alone. For some of our unique and larger products (Limited and more) there maybe a small restocking fee. Any issues or questions concerning returns and refunds/exchanges should be directed to our returns or customer service team. We are here to do all we can to make sure any issues are solved and that you, the customer, are satisfied.

Shipping Policy:

For environmental and humane friendly reasons, many of our products are made when you order it. Assuming there are no outside delaying factors, fulfillment of particular products may take around 5-10 business days for them to be made. As soon as your order is in the mail, we will send you the tracking number and information. 

All orders being delivered within the continental United States of America, (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) will take around 3-10 business days to arrive, after they have been processed. For locations outside the continental United States, shipping time will be around 7-22 business days after processing. Any questions concerning production, shipping, and/or handling, should be directed to our customer service team.
